Exfoliate while you wash, by adding some coffee to your favorite body wash. It's best to try just a small amount of coffee first to make sure that it's not too abrasive for you and then add more if you need to.
Got dry skin? Hot water can zap away moisture. So take warm (not super-hot) baths and limit your shower time.
Your skin needs a good night's sleep too--that's when it gets a chance to repair itself and replace damaged cells. Snooze at least eight hours a night!
Make your own oily skin scrub, says skin expert Ole Henriksen. Churn up a cup oats in a blender, then add buttermilk or plain yogurt to make a soft paste. Massage on your skin for two minutes, then rinse.
